I began my real estate career in 2003 as a loan officer, a role I held until 2007. In 2008, I transitioned into becoming a real estate agent-something I had always aspired to do. My background in lending has been a tremendous asset, allowing me to guide buyers not only through the home search and negotiation process but also through the often complex world of financing.

Over the years, I've helped clients buy and sell homes from Yuba City to San Jose, with most of my business focused in Contra Costa, Solano, Sacramento, Yuba, and Placer Counties. For my seller clients, I offer expert guidance on home improvements that will boost your sale price, professional staging to present your home at its best, and insights into evaluating the strength of a buyer's pre-approval.

I especially enjoy working with first-time homebuyers, empty nesters, and veterans. I've sold homes ranging from 600 to 4,300 square feet and hold certifications in both foreclosure and short sale properties.

As a proud provider of U.S. Military on the Move® and HEROES programs, I offer rebates to active duty and retired military members, their spouses, and first responders when buying or selling a home. This is my way of showing deep appreciation for your service to our country and our communities.

Outside of real estate, I love being outdoors, traveling, and reading. I recently retired after six years as president of the Wheatland Union High School Booster Club. My husband and I enjoy spending time with our big, blended family-8 kids, 2 grandbabies, and 3 dogs! Born in San Francisco and raised throughout Northern California, I'm a true NorCal gal who loves coffee and flip flops.
